Seacoast Mental Health Center (SMHC) is the community mental health center providing evaluation to children, adolescents and families, the elderly, and the severely and persistently mentally ill regardless of their ability to pay.  included in their catchment area are the towns of: Brentwood, Deerfield, East Kingston, Epping, Exeter, Fremont, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Kingston, New Castle, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, North Hampton, Northwood, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Raymond, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton, Stratham.
