The New Hampshire Association of Applied Behavior Analysis (NHABA) is an affiliated chapter of the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). The goals of our organization are to:
♦ Promote the development and awareness of behavioral services within the state of New Hampshire
♦ Support the development of standards of practice for behavior analysis within the state of New Hampshire
♦ Promote and Support behavior analytic research within the state of New Hampshire
♦ Promote research, education, and practice based principles of behavior analysis
♦ Promote and support professional development to behavior analysts within the state of New Hampshire
♦ Raise awareness of the association and the services
Compass Innovative Behavior Strategies’ mission is to provide personalized behavior therapy for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. They offer home based behavioral therapy, parent training and support, social skills, verbal behavior and daily living skills. They also provide developmental assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.), functional behavior assessment, neuropsychological evaluation, speech/language evaluation and daily living skills evaluations.
The mission of the Greengard Center for Autism located in Portsmouth, NH, is to create quality programs for adults and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. The Greengard Center seeks to provide unique lifelong opportunities for individuals with autism to have a productive quality of life through ongoing education, meaningful work, and access to recreation, social and community acceptance and participation.
The Autism Center focuses on providing services for individuals with a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum and/or a disability that impacts behavior. Everything, from initial assessment to direct therapies, school consults and parent trainings ensures that the individual is getting the right service at the right time. Treatment programs focus on the development of language, communication, play, social interaction, and daily living skills using the evidence based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodology. Gateways Autism Center is staffed with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and highly qualified ABA Therapists.
The Birchtree Center, Newington, NH, works directly with students and their family members, caregivers, and educators to help students with autism develop the social, communication, academic, behavioral, and life skills necessary for full and productive adult lives Behavior Analysts, Special Educators, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Occupational Therapist develop student programs utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. All student programs follow NH state education standards and frameworks and are designed to suit the unique strengths, challenges, and Individualized Education Program of each student.
Positive Reinforcement ABA Therapy Inc., Manchester, NH, provides intensive one-on-one therapy sessions to treat the signs and symptoms of Autism. Therapists create family-focused learning experiences for each child in their home. They also coordinate community assistance, school consultation, and other supports to help each child use new skills in social situations.
Autism Bridges is a private clinic based in Bedford, NH that specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adults ages 18 months to 21 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum and other related disorders.
Located in Portsmouth, NH, Constellations provides both school and center-based behavioral consulting and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and other developmental delays. Services are grounded in B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior – which supports the development of functional communication skills. Crotched Mountain’s ‘Ready Set Connect‘ program blends clinical rigor with big-time fun, helping children with autism develop the skills to succeed in school, at home, and in the community.
Ready Set Connects’ services are center-based, bringing children together in a common location that combines individualized teaching with group learning. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapists work one-on-one with children to measure skills, track data, and achieve goals.
In addition, Ready Set Connect offers regular parent consultations and training sessions, designed to empower families to continue the learning in their own homes.
