Deana Taylor

Outreach Coordinator

Deana and her husband have two children and two rescue dogs. She spent several years as an active foster parent in NH. Her son Abel has complex medical needs.

Deana’s son Able sparked her passion for finding and connecting herself and others to family resources around the state and navigating complex systems of care. As Outreach Coordinator for NH Family Voices, she is passionate about helping other families navigate and find the support they need to thrive.

Deana also runs My Hero Calls me Mama,, a business she created to connect with other families to share her son Abel’s story.

She currently serves as the NH Family Delegate for AMCHP, and is also a member of the Interagency Coordinating Council. She enjoys complex care conversations and championing others to build their village and find their voice. Deana can be reached at dtt@nhfv.org
