We still have spots open for Tenant 101, a FREE parent education class offered through our Family Resource Center (FRC)! This 4-week series will be offered in a hybrid format, so participants can choose to attend virtually via Zoom or in person at the FRC (719 North Main St., Laconia).
Assisted by guest speakers, topics covered in the series will help answer the following questions:
- What do I look for in an apartment?
- What do I expect in an interview?
- Is this apartment affordable?
- What are my tenant rights?
- What is the eviction process?
- How can I be a good neighbor?
