Serves to launch Neurodiverse teens into a successful transition to college

At Beyond Akeela we believe in experiential learning in a socially immersive camp setting. This core philosophy is ingrained in everything we do. Our program gives high school teens organic opportunities to practice the skills needed to thrive in college, with the scaffolded support of experienced staff mentors. Every day, campers build their executive functioning, self-advocacy, and social skills — all while forging deep friendships and building lifelong memories. Our high school teen summer program is intentionally designed to support young adults with Asperger’s or a similar profile (including ASD or autism spectrum, NLD or NVLD, and ADD/ADHD) as they transition to college and beyond.

Camp Allen’s mission is to provide opportunities for growth, friendship and fun to children and adults with developmental and/or physical challenges in an outdoor environment. Located in Bedford, New Hampshire, Camp Allen provides both day and residential camp.

Wonderful things happen when our camper’s come to Camp Allen for a week or two each summer. Campers learn about differences, develop confidence, and make new friends in an environment filled with fun in the outdoors, and take home wonderful memories.

Camp No Limits is dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals with limb loss and limb difference and their families. Our mission is to empower, educate, and support these individuals to overcome physical and emotional challenges and achieve their full potential. We offer various programs and advocacy efforts to create inclusive opportunities and remove barriers for people with limb loss or limb difference. We have successful stories, partnerships, and ways for individuals to get involved and make a difference. Together, we can positively impact the lives of those with limb loss or limb difference.

Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help. Our camp provides accommodations so young people can focus on fun, friendship, and feeling great about what they can do.

Founded in 1984, Camp Sunshine provides retreats combining respite, recreation, and support while enabling hope and promoting joy for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families through the various stages of a child’s illness.

Camp Sunshine’s program is offered year-round and is designed to serve the entire family in a retreat model. The program is free of charge to families and includes on-site medical support. Bereavement sessions are also offered for families who have experienced the death of a child from a supported illness.

Camp Winning Spirit is an extended weekend for families of children with cancer. Families are welcome to participate, no matter where their child is in their cancer journey. Camp Winning Spirit is a time for the whole family to run & play and have fun together. Children get to try new things in the Camp environment. Parents are able to have time together and find support from new and familiar faces who have shared similar struggles regarding pediatric cancer.
