The NH Medicaid Non-Emergency Transportation Program can help if you need a ride to or help to pay for gasoline to travel to an NH Medicaid-covered service. Individuals in FFS Medicaid need to enroll in the Mileage Reimbursement Program, fill out Reimbursement Forms, and notify CTS at least 48 hours before the appointment.
