Ammonoosuc Community Health Services

ACHS, a non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center established in 1975, operates in five sites in Northern New Hampshire. They provide affordable and high-quality healthcare to over 10,000 patients in more than 26 towns, offering integrated health services to families, including Medical and Behavioral health. ACHS serves everyone and does not deny services based on inability to pay. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Amoskeag Health

Amoskeag Health is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) federally qualified health center offering high-quality, comprehensive, and family-oriented primary health care and support services. Our “integrated model” of healthcare means that we address each patient’s overall well-being for physical and mental health. We offer “wraparound services” like case management, language interpretation, and financial assistance to meet each patient’s unique needs and surround them with the necessary support and community connections to access quality care. Coos County Family Health Services, Inc

Provides for North Country residents, regardless of income or insurance status. It offers a broad range of health and social services to children and adults, including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, podiatry, behavioral health, oral health, and programs that address the needs of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
