This program by NAMI NH is offered by adult members of caring communities in NH to understand how we can prevent suicide.
Participants learn about:
- The impact of suicide
- The effectiveness of prevention efforts
- How we can help someone who may be at risk for suicide
- Connecting someone at risk to key community services
- State and national resources
Offered through the support of the NH Bureau of Mental Health Services and The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.
Many people who have had a recent loss to suicide find attending a suicide prevention training very difficult. Your own self-care comes first!
