After two long years of doing the Strengthening Families Framework Training through Zoom, we finally get to present this training LIVE at Plymouth State University! This training is offered at no cost to family support and strengthening professionals.
This two-day training will take place on April 5th and 7th, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, at Plymouth State University. Maria Doyle and Joelyn Drennan are very excited to present this fun, interactive look at the Strengthening Families Framework and the 5 Protective Factors.
This training is open to family support and strengthening professionals whose work impacts children and families. Enjoy two days of learning, collaborating, and networking with facilitation by our team of trained professionals!
Children are more likely to thrive when families have the support they need. This training focuses on learning to engage families from a strength-based perspective, using a protective factors approach. Participants will learn about the Strengthening Families Framework, the 5 Protective Factors, and how they can use everyday actions to better support and partner with parents to strengthen the family unit.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided by the Children's Trust. Masks will be required indoors. If you are not feeling well, e.g., cough, sore throat, or other cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not attend.
