SBVI Fun Summer Event
August 24, 2021 – August 26, 2021
Tired of feeling like a slouch sitting on the couch?
Have you wanted to bash Zoom with a broom?
Done with completing a task with a mask?
We are also! Come and join NH DOE SBVI and Sky’s the Limit for some fun in the sun, get some fresh-air, food, and fellowship! In this summertime setting, students will develop, strengthen, or master practical skills of blindness, through socialization with others in a challenge recreational learning environment.
When: Tuesday August 24 –Thursday, August 26, 2021
Where: Indian Head Resort, Lincoln NH
What: Advocating, communicating, problem-solving, hiking/biking, watersports, networking/friend-making and so much more!
Who: NH high school or college students experiencing vision loss; Teachers of the Vision-Impaired (TVI); and no more than one family member per student, if desired. Students, though, may come alone, since there will be a substantial number of overnight adults to supervise.
This event is free for registered NH SBVI customers, their TVIs, and one family member per participating student: including hotel room, food, and all activities. Space is limited, so reserve your space today!
