September 17, 2025 – September 19, 2025
The Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver and the Acquired Brain Disorder (ABD) Waiver are beginning the renewal process, with anticipated completion dates of Fall 2026. Prior to drafting any changes to the current waivers, the Bureau of Developmental Services is kicking off a series of informal listening sessions to hear feedback, experiences, and thoughts from individuals, families, providers, and Area Agencies. This is the time to give your input about what is working and what could be improved. These sessions will be facilitated by the Institute on Disability at UNH.
Sessions are being held in three locations to accommodate a broad geographical area, as well as three virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are scheduled to be held on September 10th 4:00-6:00pm, September 11th 3:00-5:00pm, and September 18th 11:00am-1:00pm. In person sessions are scheduled for September 11th 11:00am-1:00pm in Bedford, September 17th 4:00-6:00pm in Concord, and September 19th 10:00am-12:00pm in Gorham.
Please see the attached flyer for location addresses and links to the virtual sessions.
You can also email Peggy Sue Greenwood for links to the virtual sessions.
