Taking it Home: Practical Speech Where Kids Live and Play (DVD)

This DVD aims to teach the importance of families as partners in their child’s speech therapy and communication program and to provide ideas, strategies and practice activities that families can accomplish at home and in their everyday lives to reinforce speech therapy goals. Children with apraxia of speech not only need a great deal of repetitive speech practice, they also need to practice in many settings, during home and play, so that their improvements can generalize to everyday life.
