Meet Violet, Charlie, and their dog, Abby. It’s the first day of third grade in a new town, a new home, and a new school for Violet and her brother, Charlie. Violet struggles with feeling different from other kids, being bullied, and having type one diabetes. Suddenly, while waiting for the school bus, Violet falls and is faced with her past bullies, only to find help from an unexpected source.
