MEDICAID MANAGED CARE HEALTH PLAN OPEN ENROLLMENT

If you have Medicaid, the Medicaid Care Management Program Annual Open Enrollment Period will be August 1-31, 2026 this year. You can use your NH EASY account to choose a new plan. The letter you receive will explain other ways to choose a new plan. You can update your preferences at NH EASY if you opted out of receiving letters in the mail and chose the paperless option for updates. If you want to stay with your current health plan, you do not need to do anything.
