Partners in Health (PIH) is a community-based program that provides support to families of children with chronic health conditions or young adults themselves. They offer a Sib Shop, support for siblings of children with chronic health conditions. They meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the VNA Manchester, 1070 Holt Ave # 1400 in Manchester NH.
