Merrimack – Home Health & Hospice Care

Our bereavement program is based on a simple yet powerful philosophy: sharing grief together in a compassionate and supportive space provides a path for hope and renewal.
Each person’s grief journey contains elements that are completely unique alongside the more universal experiences of grief. Our program is tailored to meet those needs. We provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals can help identify their emotions and find the comfort and encouragement they need during this most difficult time.
Our bereavement services are available to anyone over age 18 who has experienced the death of loved one. All our services are free of charge. Contact us for more resources or visit our website: http://www.hhhc.org and click on the Bereavement tab.
