Partners in Health (PIH) is a statewide community-based program that provides support to families of children with chronic health conditions or young adults themselves, regardless of income. Littleton Region serves families in these towns: Bath, Benton, Bethlehem, Easton, Franconia, Haverhill, Landaff, Lincoln, Lisbon, Littleton, Livermore, Lyman, Monroe, Piermont, Sugar Hill, Warren, Waterville, Woodstock, and Woodsville.
