Understanding Executive Functioning

Tue, March 24, 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Families First Health and Support Center, 100 Campus Drive, Suite 12, Portsmouth, NH, United States (map)

Executive Functions are skills that we use every day to plan ahead, stay organized, solve problems and focus. Children who have deficits in these areas struggle at home and in school. This workshop will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of how executive functioning impacts children educationally, and how a Section 504 Plan and / or an Individualized Education Plan (I.E.P.) can address these needs in order to support their learning. Pre-Registration is required. Please register through FamiliesFirstSeacoast.org/Programs.cfm or call Hilary O’Neil at Families First Health at 603-422-8208 X320. Or you may email your name, email address, phone no and date of workshop to frontdesk@picnh.org or call PIC at 603-224-7005 to register. If you need special accommodations please let us know when you register
