Caring for someone with a disability or special health care need can be isolating. Our Caregiver Conversations series offers a welcoming space for caregivers to reset and connect.
I hope that you can join us for one or all of our upcoming sessions - register once and attend when you can. Each one hour, themed support session is offered at both 11:30 am and 6:30 pm as follows:
February 11th - Adolescent Years
March 11th – Preparing for School Meetings
April 8th – Finding Providers that Fit
May 13th – Adult Transitions & Supporting Your Youth in their Growth
June 10th – Finding Recreation and Social Opportunities
