ServiceLink serves as a single points of entry into the long-term supports and services system for older adults and people with disabilities of all income levels. They provide one-on-one assistance to individuals and their family members and/or caregivers. Staff can assist and connect you to services and supports such as Medicare, Medicaid and Long Term supports and services, Veteran’s services and caregiver supports.
