Partners in Health (PIH) is a statewide community-based program that provides support to families of children with chronic health conditions or young adults themselves, regardless of income. Conway Region serves families in these towns: Albany, Bartlett, Brookfield, Chatham, Conway, Eaton, Effingham, Freedom, Harts Location, Jackson, Madison, Moultonboro, Ossipee, Sandwich, Tamworth, Tuftonboro, Wakefield, and Wolfeboro.
