Provides statewide referrals for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters, oral interpreters, and Communication Access Real time Translation (CART). Interpreters and CART reporters work in a variety of settings: medical, legal, mental health, employment, and education. Hiring an interpreter or a CART reporter helps to ensure communication accessibility for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
