The Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire is a non-profit membership organization that enhances the ability of home care agencies to provide the best care possible to New Hampshire residents. We fulfill our mission through education, advocacy, leadership and networking.
We help families and other health care providers by offering information about health care and hospice options in the home and provide resources to connect them to home care, hospice & palliative care agencies in their communities.
