Family-to-Family is an educational program that is FREE for family members,
partners and friends of individuals over the age of 17, who have a mental illness such as:
Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder,
Panic Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), or Post-Traumatic Stress
Is there someone in your life that has one of these illnesses?
Have you been struggling to understand their illness and how to help them and
your family to cope?
The Family-to-Family course is taught by local, trained volunteers who have family
members with a mental illness. In this course you will learn about these illnesses and
their treatments, how to improve communication with your loved one, solve problems,
find the help you need, and take care of yourself.
Family-to-Family is a FREE, 12-session educational program.
Classes will start on Monday, March 5th at 6:00 p.m. in Nashua, NH
