Zebra Crossings Summer Camps for Children/Youth with Chronic Health Conditions

Zebra Crossings 2017 Summer Camps

Zebra Crossings offers empowerment programs for youth and teens with chronic medical conditions. Whether it is a week-long camp or weekend activities, care is always provided by trained medical staff. We aim to lessen the burden of chronic medical conditions by connecting kids through play and giving respite for caregivers. Zebra Crossings is a fun, safe place where kids just get to be kids.

We have two Day Camps this summer – July 10-14 and July 31-August 4

July Day Camp – July 10-14 – Mornings are spent participating in classic camp activities designed for fun and community building. After lunch and free time, campers cool off in the pool. Then one more round of action and laughter before it’s time to go home.

August Explorer Camp – July 31-August 4 – Every day will have a new adventure: hiking, paddling, high ropes, low ropes course, and archery. We will swim every afternoon. There will be all the energy and fun of being part of a larger camp and still maintain our safe and supportive community when we try the varying adventures. * Transportation option available from Dover ($15 per day)
Both camps run from 8:00 am-4:15pm daily and cost $45/day or $225/week (Camp Scholarships are available, please inquire when registering)

Camp Spinnaker – an overnight asthma camp for youth ages 8-12 – Camp Spinnaker is a six-day residential cam for children with asthma. The camp is operated by Zebra Crossings with onsite support and oversight by our medical team. All the fun and activities of a traditional residential camp with the added benefit of daily asthma education by qualified asthma educators. Camp Scholarships available, please inquire.
